Infrared Thermal blanket

The infrared blanket will heat your whole body directly compared to a traditional sauna which will only heat about 20 percent on average. Infrared Thermal Therapy stimulates and increases circulation helping activate the body’s natural healing and repairing processes. It also detoxifies and burns fat. As a result, your blood circulates better and the strain on your heart is reduced.  Your capillaries are expanded while oxygen is flowing throughout your body. This can help with stretch mark reduction.

Manual Lymph Drainage

Lymphatic massage is a gentle pressure technique used to move the waste fluids from the damaged area. Manual lymph drainage uses a specific amount of pressure and rhythmic circular movements to stimulate lymph flow.

Our massage therapy combines two techniques – the Brazilian Modeladora and Manual Lymphatic Drainage – to achieve a comprehensive approach to wellness. The Modeladora technique targets localised fat reduction, while the Manual Lymphatic Drainage technique enhances circulation and reduces inflammation, ultimately aiding in the cleansing of the lymphatic system.

To effectively combat fluid retention caused by factors such as hormonal imbalances, poor circulation, prolonged sitting or standing, and lack of physical activity, we recommend a minimum of two sessions per week and regular maintenance thereafter.
