What to Expect
We have sourced the highest quality of lash extensions combining softness with durability and strength. Our highly experienced experts take love and care, they use a specially formulated sensitive, non-irritating glue to apply the extensions. We also take time to ensure each lash is applied with utmost care hair by hair.
STEPS:
PREP – Your lash artist will cleanse your eye area, removing makeup, oil, and debris to ensure optimal adhesion. Arrive makeup-free for a quicker process.
COMFORT – Nourishing under-eye pads are applied to keep lower lashes in place and provide a clean background for precise application.
APPLICATION – With your eyes closed, our expert applies each extension using a specialized adhesive. Classic lashes attach one-to-one, while Volume lashes create a fuller effect with a 3:1 ratio. This process takes 1-2 hours.
REVEAL – Once the adhesive sets, we remove the pads, gently brush through, and unveil your flawless new lashes—ready to impress from the moment you wake up!

Do I need to prep before my Lash Extensions appointment?
It is recommended that you don’t wear any eye makeup or curl your lashes the day before and the day of your appointment. It will help minimize the cleanup time and ensure there’s more time for the procedure.
Will Lash Extensions damage my natural lashes?
No. The Lash Extensions treatment will not cause your natural eyelashes to fall out. Based on the growth cycle of your eyelashes, when applying lashes, our experts are trained to look for adult lashes to attach the individual synthetic ones.
How long will my new lashes last?
Your new lashes will last between 2 to 4 weeks, depending on your skincare routine and your natural lash life cycle.
However, we recommend getting refills every 2 to 4 weeks. If you wait too long, your extensions will fall out and you might require a full set.
How do I maintain my lash extensions?
- Avoid getting your lashes wet for the first 24 hours after getting the extensions. This allows the adhesive to fully dry and set.
- Avoid steam and excessive heat, as it can weaken the adhesive bond.
- Be gentle with your lashes, avoid rubbing or pulling on them.
- Avoid oil-based makeup and skincare products as they can break down the adhesive. Instead opt for water-based products.
- Brush your lashes regularly with a spoolie brush to keep them looking neat and tidy.
- Avoid sleeping on your stomach or face down, as it can crush your lashes and cause them to lose their shape.
- If you need to remove eye makeup, use a gentle, oil-free makeup remover and a cotton swab to carefully clean around the lash line.
- Do not use an eyelash curler on your extensions as it can damage the lashes or cause them to fall out.
