  • Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled, subject to availability.

7. PRODUCT PURCHASES & SHIPPING

  • We only ship products within South Africa.
  • All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and delivery times vary by location.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
  • Returns are only accepted for unopened and unused products within 7 days of receipt, subject to our Return Policy.

8. PRICING & PAYMENT

  • All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).
  • We accept various payment methods, including debit/credit cards and secure online payment gateways.

9. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

  • Refunds for missed appointments will not be provided.

Products:

  • Refunds are only issued for defective or incorrect items.
  • Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving a defective or incorrect product to initiate a return.

10. GIFT VOUCHERS

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
  • Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
